General Commodities

Looking into the daily needs of the students, the University has arrangement for the procurement of items of daily needs such as stationary, medicines, grocery items, xerox, bakery products, STD/PCO, and a tailor's shop within the campus.

Accommodation for Guests & Faculty

Provision of residential accommodation to the faculty is also available. Fifteen furnished flats have already been allotted to faculty. The aim is to provide accommodation to each faculty and staff member of the University in the near future. Tastefully furnished guest rooms, suites are available for examiners, parents and other guests.

Connectivity & Transport

The University is connected by regular local bus service available from Airport, Railway Station, Bus Stand beside this the University provides has its own buses fleet to facilitate staff and students commuters.

Student Safety Insurance

The University provides safety insurance cover of Rs. 1 Lac per student under "Student Safety Insurance Policy" provided by New India Assurance Co. Ltd., for which students have to pay a very nominal annual premium.

Hostels

Hostel - "Nestling In Comforts"

Living in the hostel is an experience for the student which is cherished throughout one's life. It develops a sense of living and sharing together along with a feeling of belongingness towards the Institution. There is no better place for you to appreciate the joys of nature and to become environmentally conscious than to be at our Campus. The view of Himalayas, the abundance of trees and chatter of a myriad variety of birds enhances the joy of living.The University hostel hosts more than 600 girls and 275 boys in “Mata Gujri Girls Hostel” and “Banda Bahadur Boys Hostel” respectively. The Hostel buildings, infrastructure and surroundings are of its own class. The hostels comprise of 285 and 140 elegantly well furnished AC/Non Ac rooms in both the boys and girls hostels respectively. Both hostels are equipped with hygienic mess facilities, well furnished reading rooms (provided with latest magazines and newspapers), A.C. recreation rooms with home theatre and indoor sports infrastructure.
