Sardar Bhagwan Singh University (SBSU) marked the World Sparrow Day celebration on March 21st, 2025, with an event aimed at raising awareness about the significance of sparrows and other small birds in maintaining ecological balance. The university’s efforts are part of a larger global initiative to conserve the declining population of sparrows due to rapid urbanization, environmental degradation, and climate change.

Sardar Bhagwan Singh University (SBSU) successfully hosted National Pharmacy Education Day, emphasizing the theme “Entrepreneurship & Start-ups in Pharma and Pharmacy Practice: Encouraging Innovation, Incubation Centres, and Pharmaceutical Startups.” The event brought together students, faculty members, and industry leaders to highlight the growing significance of entrepreneurship in pharmacy education. It aimed to inspire young pharmacy professionals to explore entrepreneurial opportunities and contribute to the evolving pharmaceutical industry through innovation.

Sardar Bhagwan Singh University celebrated National Science Day on February 28, 2025, with the theme “Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership in Science and Innovation for Viksit Bharat.” The event aimed to honor the remarkable contributions of Indian scientists and promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge. It featured an array of engaging activities, with the highlight being a highly competitive science quiz competition.

University  hosted its Alumni Meet 2025 on February 21, bringing together former students, faculty, and esteemed guests for an evening of nostalgia, networking, and celebration. The event provided a platform for alumni to reconnect, share experiences, and honor the institution’s legacy through engaging discussions and captivating cultural performances.
