Dr. Meghna Wadhwa has more than 12 years of combined teaching and clinical experience in physiotherapy. Her academic responsibilities include undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, curriculum development, paper setting, examination and evaluation, and supervision of BPT and MPT dissertations. Clinically, she has served as In-charge of the Physiotherapy OPD at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Dehradun, and has worked in reputed hospitals in Delhi and Dehradun. Her areas of expertise include orthopaedic, neurological, sports, and women’s health physiotherapy, OPD management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Publications and Intellectual Property: Her research contributions include 9 peer-reviewed journal publications (original research articles, reviews, case reports, and short communications), 5 chapters in international peer-reviewed edited books, and 9 national conference proceedings. Her intellectual property portfolio comprises 6 published patents, 1 registered industrial design, and 12 registered copyrights, focusing on physiotherapy assessment tools, rehabilitation devices, and evidence-based intervention protocols.
Notable Achievements: Dr. Wadhwa has served as a keynote and invited speaker at several national conferences and academic forums. She is the recipient of the Professional Contribution Award (INCPT 2024, AIIMS New Delhi), Academic Excellence Award (Thera-Connect 2025), and the Star Faculty Award (FEMCON 2022). She actively contributes to academic leadership through OPD management, curriculum development, examiner and paper-setter roles for multiple universities, research supervision, and coordination of university-level academic and extracurricular initiatives.
