He has a Clinical Experience of 14 years has worked at Jaipur Golden Hospital and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital New Delhi. Has done ISAK Level 2 certificate from HAMILTON (NZ) Dr. Shiv has studied at Waikato Institute of Technology in New Zealand while pursuing his Graduate Diploma in Sports and exercise (Avalon Campus Hamilton).He was awarded Young Achiever Award from the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) in 2014, Significant Contribution Award in 2014, Eminent Personality Award in 2016, Outstanding Contribution to Teaching and Research Award in 2017, Academic Excellence Awards in 2017 and 2020,  Best Academician Award in 2018, Physio Ratan Award in 2022
