Dr. Neetu Pandey is a distinguished scholar and researcher in the field of Applied Chemistry at SBS University Balawala, as Associate Professor.  She has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience.  Her prolific output includes one research project funded by Uttarakhand State Council for Science & Technology “UCOST “, five published patents and an impressive portfolio of 22 research papers and 12 book chapters, all as a major author. These works have been published in reputable journals, reflecting her commitment to high-quality research and her ability to address complex scientific challenges. Dr. Pandey's research has not only enriched the academic landscape of SBS University but has also gained recognition across the global academic community.  Beyond her publications, Dr. Pandey actively engages in presenting her research at various conferences and participates in collaborative projects that further enhance her institution's reputation. This work of her academic journey is marked by significant achievements, including the receipt of three prestigious research awards, one is YOUNG WOMEN EXCELLENCE IN RESEARCH AWARD’ in 7^th Annual International E-Conference on Multidisciplinary Research, Practices and Innovation, Mathura,2023 next is YOUNG SCIENTIST AWARD for Best Oral Presentation under the discipline Chemistry at 7^th Uttarakhand State Science & Technology Congress UCOST in 2012 and the third award was YOUNG WOMEN SCIENTIST ACHIEVEMENT AWARD for her significant contribution in the field of noble endeavor in motivating girls for pursuing stem education at 4^th Women Scientist Conclave by Uttarakhand Science Education & Research Center USERC-Dec, 2024 which was presented by our honorable Governor of Uttarakhand.
