Dr. Kuljeet Kaur holds a Ph.D. in Management and Behavioural Sciences from Doon University and is a two-time UGC-NET qualified professional in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour and Social Welfare, and Human Resource Management. With 10+ years of overall experience, she brings a strong blend of academic expertise and industry exposure, including her role as a Project Coordinator at BVB-ONGC. Her key strengths lie in Human Resource Management, Labour Laws, HR Analytics, and IT/AI in HR, supported by proficiency in SPSS, Smart PLS-SEM, R, and Python. She has published several research papers and book chapters in reputed indexed journals and has actively participated in and presented at FDPs, research workshops, and national & international conferences. Dr. Kaur is recognized for her student-centric, industry-oriented teaching approach and her commitment to mentoring students for academic excellence and career growth.
