Dr. Sonal Juyal is an experienced academician with over 14 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Management and Behavioral Sciences. Her areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Emotional Intelligence, Business Ethics, Universal Human Values, and AI in Human Resource Management. She has published research papers in reputed journals, including Web of Science indexed journals, and has presented her work in national and international conferences, seminars, and faculty development programs. She is proficient in research and statistical tools such as SPSS, PLS-SEM, VOSviewer, and Biblioshiny, and actively works in the area of research methodology and bibliometric analysis. Dr. Juyal is actively involved in academic administration, faculty development, and student mentoring, and has organized academic programs including a Faculty Development Program on Generative AI. She believes in integrating modern management education with emotional intelligence, ethics, and Indian knowledge systems for holistic development of students.
